Why do we package our services?
As a CPA, I found clients asking me for advice on a variety of topics. Usually the ultimate goal Under the old method of billing by the hour, it disincentivized clients from reaching out to me. The ala carte services also resulted in me waiting on clients for certain information that they aren't the best equipped at finding. Ultimately, I found myself offering to manage clients' bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax filings and tax planning and trying to schedule meetings to advise them based on their financial activity and how to fit that with their wealth building goals.
